The Ring of Power hanging down from a chain around
Frodo’s neck was getting heavier and heavier - a burden
to carry for a small hobbit like Frodo Baggins. His
task… to destroy the ring embedded with the evil curse
of the dark lord, Sauron.
“Sam, I can’t do this anymore!” Frodo cried as he felt
his bloody, scraped neck. “You have to, Mr. Frodo.”
exclaimed Sam, Frodo’s loyal friend. “ Why Sam?” Frodo
asked.
“Because there’s so much good in life worth fighting
for!” replied Sam.
At this time in life, we need heroes like Frodo and Sam.
We need the wise counsel of Gandalf, whose desire was
nothing more than to place the King of Kings on his
rightful throne. Gandalf had to endure many great
obstacles but never faltered. Yes, we need heroes who
are unafraid to protect the WISDOM of the Founding
Fathers of this country, who shall restore the peoples
right to be an individual on the pursuit of happiness
and prosperity without impingement on others. Where are
they???
Sadly there seem to have a lack of heroes in the
government anymore, no wise counsel we can depend on,
the time of uncertainties are looming in everyone’s
mind. What has become of this once beautiful and proud
country? Have we allowed the influence of Sauron to
infiltrate our homeland? Are we going to let the black
riders and the orks have the freedom to destroy anything
and anyone standing their way to obtain the Ring of
Power?
Entering the year 2010, we will be introduced to a new
frontier, somewhat similar to the 1930’s. Three of the
four longest planetary cycles orbiting the sun, the
planets Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto, will form a difficult
aspect on and off in the next few years. These three
planets will be all in cardinal signs, Libra, Aries and
Capricorn respectively- these are initiators of the
seasons. Astrologers have defined the said aspect as a
t-square, a signal of “challenging” times, also a
turning point to a new way of life. A quote from Raymond
Merriman, a well respected astrologer and financial
market analyst…
www.mmacycles.com “This is a time when three of the
four most distant planets in our solar system are
entering into a seven-year relationship that is unlike
any we have seen since the Great Depression.” The hard
aspect mentioned above involving the cardinal signs has
been historically noted to occur every 80-90 years and
coincides with political and economic crises.
We may also climb a very steep hill, a treacherous path
of uncertainty, like Frodo and Sam. But with careful
attention to what’s ahead of us, we too, can overcome
any difficulties or obstacles we may encounter. I do not
believe however that we should ignore the devious and
power hungry dark lord, Sauron. Like Merri and Pippin
had realized while in the midst of despair, ‘they may
not have a Shire to come home to anymore.’
We all must do our part to help “destroy” the Ring of
Power that holds the secret of Sauron’s ultimate evil
power and keep reminding ourselves that… “There so much
good in life worth fighting for”. …to be continued…
