The Moon in Gemini announces her opening the door to the month
of September. A week and a half ago, August 20th,
2010, (until September 12th, 2010) Mercury, ruler of
both Gemini and Virgo, started its retrograde motion.
Information may have been overwhelming and confusing – time to
take a deep breath and think through on making important
decisions.
September 8th, 2010, New Moon in Virgo: read Lunar
Insight. Venus moves into passionate Scorpio on the same
day. Pragmatic Virgo contrasted by Scorpio’s emotional intensity
can complicate relationships. Both signs are focused and
productive – we can make use of this transit for perfecting our
goals and desires.
Pluto goes direct September 13th, 2010, (until April
8, 2011). The next day, September 14th, 2010, Mars
enters the sign he rules, Scorpio, to remain until October 27th,
2010,. Aggression with clarity and precision in action can be
the main objective of many, especially of those involved in war
strategies. This is not a goodtime to take life for granted. On
the positive side, this transit can give us the power and
strength to drive through obstacles that stand on our way.
September 21st, 2010,, the Sun’s opposition to
Jupiter early in the morning, then three hours later to Uranus,
may spur disruptive and rebellious activities – which may be
directed towards authority figures. The citizens are becoming
impatient. The growling sound of the horns and the rapid
drumbeats are getting louder and stronger, demanding of change,
now.
September 22nd, 2010, Sun enters Libra, Happy
Autumnal Equinox! Watch for an exceptional Full Moon the next
day. The Full Moon in Aries, the action oriented sign, will

The Moon’s entry into Taurus on Saturday, the 25th,
2010, will be a perfect weekend to take our loved ones out for a
real “good” dinner and a heart to heart talk.

Last Month's Star Watch
August, 2010
Emotions are
geared to take action as the Moon in Aries rushes to open the
month of August. Intense desire to make changes grows rapidly
and stronger as a number of outer planets are in position nearby
the cardinal signs – a signal that we, the people, are
experiencing many new beginnings, some of which are unsettling
and troublesome.
August 3,
Mars, the Warrior Planet is in contradiction with Jupiter and
intensely challenging Pluto. Many spiritual leaders believe that
we are in a critical point of our life. But I say… this is not
a good time to impose the extremities of our spiritual beliefs
on others. Jupiter’s (in Aries) enthusiasm can easily exaggerate
such issues that may enflame Pluto’s deadly power. Impulsive
actions are to be avoided! On the positive side, an immediate
action can clear up philosophical barriers that hinder
resolution of the pressing problems on resources.
August 6, in
relationships, Venus comes to the rescue as She enters the
sociable sign of Libra. Venus’ charm and graceful nature may not
be enough to appease the unpredictable and eccentric Uranus.
Meaning, be watchful of those with whom we feel attracted to. It
is easy to put so much attention on someone, or overindulge
ourselves on something we may regret later.
August 9th,

August 13th,
Uranus re-enters Pisces and will remain in the world of dreams
until March 2011, its final trip on this sign. Bright ideas
initiated when Uranus moved into Aries (on May 27th)
will need to be re-evaluated. Great many changes in our
spiritual beliefs, ones that will be most challenging for those
people whose life is woven tightly to their faith.
August 16th,
the planet of optimism, Jupiter, opposes Pluto, the master of
elimination. This is the time we all need to pay attention to as
there can be many unrealistic expectations related to our
resources. Neptune, the illusive planet will play a major role
that we can easily be distracted from with fantasy and
illusion.
August 20,
Mercury goes in retrograde motion (August 20- September 12) on
its own favored sign, Virgo. Let’s not undermine our ability to
accurately analyze a situation. Starting projects on accounting
or bookkeeping now, before it’s retrograde, will save you a lot
headaches later.
