Lunar Insight
One thing and only one thing
(for now) that astronomers, astrologers, geologists,
sailors, poets, weatherpersons, fishermen, doctors,
nurses and psychiatrists can seem to agree upon, the
Moon and Her amazing influences in nature and on
human behavior.
In astrology, as women, we are
ruled by the Moon, which represents our emotions and
feelings. With it, is the receptivity of others’
emotions as well, the reason why intuition is far
more stronger in women than in men. As Wise Women,
we have the power to capture Her magnificence and
apply it into our daily life. To begin with, we have
a new moon, a time for starting new projects, then
two weeks after, we have a full moon, a good time to
expect fruition then release those that are no
longer beneficial to the project.
So, here we go…

Happy Full
Moon Everyone!
Hope and
optimism arise during this Full Moon in
Taurus. The love of beauty, art and the
worldly things in life are Taurus’
affairs. They flourish, surrounded with
sweet fragrances, delectable food and
continuing courtship in intimate
relationships.
In this
practical sign, Taurus, we also uncover
what really matters, what’s worth our
time, effort, money and energy. In
mystifying Scorpio, (Taurus’ opposite
sign) we face a realization that
everything changes, that there’s
a cycle,
there’s a beginning and an
ending, and a beginning again, so life
continues. |
A message
is now being presented to make the
choices. “Should I make the changes
that are necessary to be made, or
should I continue to hang on to
what’s familiar?” Full Moon focuses
on the dark side as well as the
spiritual duty of both signs- in
this case, Taurus and Scorpio. Thus,
the questions may be bestowed as,
“do I really need the material
things to be truly happy, or should
I listen to my inner guidance to
understand my true purpose in life?”
This Full
Moon is widely conjunct to Jupiter
(in Taurus) and trine to Pluto (in
Capricorn) and Mars (in Virgo). A
solid foundation with purpose and
resourcefulness are encouraged. An
opportunistic alignment with a slow
and pragmatic process will be
highlighted. Neptune turning forward
direction November 9th,
after months of retrograde, will be
supportive to this trend. (Read

In
Sabian Symbols, Astrological Mandala
by Dane Ruhdyar…
19
degrees Taurus indicates, “A new
continent rising out of the ocean.
Keynote: The surge of new
possibility after the crises.”
19
degrees in Scorpio represents, “A
parrot repeats the conversation he
has overheard. Keynote: The capacity
to transmit transcendental
knowledge.”
My
thoughts…
When the
mind is emptied of the attachment
and seduction of material things in
life, the heart can fully experience
the utmost joy and wisdom... a
result of authentic discernment in
our faith.
Have a Blessed Full Moon!
And, Keep Sharing the
Light!
