On Sunday, 1:00 – 3:00 pm, January 17, 2010, a meeting (or a meet up) is scheduled to celebrate our Capricorn friends’ birthday. We will learn more about them, their personality, their strength and weaknesses, or “what makes them tick” . This once a month event will be presented with astrological based discussion – an opportunity to learn the basic language of the stars.
Please email me at Marcelina@marcelinaww.com if you are interested in joining – space is limited. All donation received is forwarded to: Operation Gratitude (Van Nuys, Ca) to send packages to military men and women deployed to the front line. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Question: I have been learning the tarot for a long time but I have yet to find the best interpretation for the Court cards. Would you have any tips to share? And is there any book you can recommend? ~Grateful, Orange, Ca.
Answer: Thank you for asking, I feel like I am back to my bookselling business days again. The court cards signify the “Who” in the spread. They can also show the part of you involved in a situation. This is easily deciphered by understanding the four elements and the twelve zodiac signs. Any book by Mary Greer or Rachel Pollack will serve a tarot student well.
Question: My birthday is coming up, January 4th, I’ll be turning 31. I want to do something new for the coming 2010. I have been through many crazy situations for over 3 years now. What candle would you recommend for me to light for my next birthday. ~L. A. Orange County
Answer: Yes, you’ve been through what astrologers call a Saturn return. True, it can be challenging during the Saturn return, at the same time with patience, reward is forthcoming. For your next birthday, I suggest to light two candles; Blue to calm things down, as well as to renew your Faith, and Brown as your (Sun in Capricorn) petitioner’s candle.
