Question: What does it mean when one says I am a double or triple Cancer? How does it affect the personality of the person?
Answer: A double Cancer means, the individual has both their Sun and Moon in Cancer. When it’s a triple Cancer, their Ascendant or Rising sign is also in the sign of Cancer. The personality of the individual with their Sun, Ascendant and Moon all in the same sign, a rare occurrence, can carry the extreme of that sign, for good or ill.
This day I pray to thee of my heartfelt gratitude to those who loved their country and protected me. Grant me the wisdom to honor their ultimate sacrifice and appreciate their service that has kept this country safe. So Mote It Be!

Last night was next to the last meeting of Tarot Magic Class 2009, which would end in June. The three-hour session went so fast, thank you ladies. I hope you had as much fun as I had in reviewing the answers of the 75 question homework assignment. Another 25 more questions plus 3 taped readings for our final exam and a certification of completion will be awarded. I will surely miss this group when the class ends.
Hi Marcelina,
Questions:
I am truly fascinated with astrology and have been a student for a number of years. Studying the subject I have learned to accept my imperfections (and others’). One thing I’m still confused … how would you interpret the meaning of the Part of Fortune? Is there an easy way to calculate it? -E.J. San Clemente
Answer:
The Part of Fortune is an Arabian part commonly used in Hindu Astrology. As one of the sensitive points in the natal chart, I interpret it as “where one finds, luck, fortune and contentment”. I personally do not use the aspects to other planets with it, but the placement and the sign alone. The “old astrology schools” calculate Part of Fortune by: Ascendant + Moon – Sun. I use astrology software to save me from doing it manually, you can too.
What a blessed day, indeed! Last Saturday, the day before Mother’s Day, I was invited to join the 2009 Rose Garden Tour by a very good friend (free ticket, thank you). Her house was picked as one of the five houses for the tour this year by the Rose Society of Saddleback Mountain. I have never been to one ever before so I did not know what to expect, but the day turned out to be a real treat. I love plants anyway, but to see this “mansion” surrounded by all sorts of magnificent blooming roses, bright red geraniums and other flowers and herbs and vegetables, I felt like a bunch of gnomes and faires got together and designed the yard with perfection of beauty. I could hear the “ahs and ohs” of the hundreds of admiring people, my eyes were bulging as I was drooling over those beauties. It was amazing!! It was like being in a fantasyland.
But wait… since Chris also is in a restaurant business, she owns New York’s Upper Crust Pizza too, (yum!! - there are two in Laguna Niguel by the way), we were served their specialties, accompanied and entertained with a grand smile of the Italian Chef, Antonio Messeri. Momma Mia, I could not say enough praises to the hostess, Chris Casumano. Thanks Chris for inviting me and the “send off” plates for John!
Hi Marcelina,
Question: Why is it that the querent or the asker draws the “right” cards to answer her question without knowing the meaning of their cards or understanding the layout system the reader uses?
-L.E. client, Phoenix
Answer: I believe that in the unconscious level, we are much more connected to each other than the logical mind would like us to believe. Meaning that something occurs during a reading that both reader and the querent are in unity or in agreement, whether it is expressed externally or not. In this sense, the querent is actually the “interpreter” of the cards, and the reader verifies or clarifies the message for the querent.
